Okay, I admit defeat. I am boring people. I have picked up that, while I do have a number of people as a fanbase, I have made myself unpopular recently. I have noticed a dip in the number of 'thanks' specifically on my posts compared to the posts around them.

I could go into the reasons as to why this has happened. However I have decided not to do so, not least to spare you all of it, but that I fear it will never been fully understood.

I am therefore not bothering to do so. I feel my general point about the 'discounters' comes across in my last post, so I have I now decided not to provide the examples and explain it. Normal folks just find it boring:rotfl::o. Unfortunately, for all the useful information I provide, I will remain destined to be unutilised and doubted by many people who could otherwise have greatly benefited.

I am not fully sure why I have posted this post, although this last paragraph itself can never be explained because it would only cause more upset and [truncated and not even written at all as it will as it doubtless offend some people and therefore will remain destined to be misunderstood].

    I'm still here tweets :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Savvy, I don't understand why some don't thank you for all you do on here :A I, at first couldn't get my head around your posts as they were long and I used to skim read :o However, I have for a heck of a long time taken time to thoroughly read all your posts, yes all of them :D
Take heart Savvy please, the majority love your posts :A

Savvy, I'm catching up and jumping forward to say I'm another who loves your posts :A I'm sure someone has said this better already, but I'm another who reads your posts thoroughly even if I have to skip back to do so. And I'm sure you're aware that always I trawl your lists before doing my weekly shop. Your posts are valued and definitely not boring in any way.

I'm off to catch up again now.

Can I just ask the 5:2 ers.

Do you go so long that you just don't feel hungry anymore or are you ravishing by the time it comes to eat?

How often do you feel hungry throughout the day? Are you sure it's hunger? Try letting it go, it will soon pass. Most of the time I think we eat out of habit - get up in the morning have breakfast, have a cup of tea and a biscuit, everyone is going to lunch so I'll have lunch.....

I got to the point where I had ignored that feeling for so long, I never felt hungry - if I didn't feel hungry then I didn't eat. But with eyes on you you can't get away with that for long so I ended up eating by the clock for years because my body wouldn't tell me ( or I wasn't listening). I would eat really slow because I found it so hard sometimes up to an hr for a sanwhich! It drove my family potty.

Earlier this year I had a breakthrough moment when I actually felt hungry :j

I have put my body through some crap I have been skin and bone and I have binged to hugeness. Now I'm on my way to middle ground, I eat 'clean' and I have a set amount of exercise and a rest day. None of this getting up early to clock 2hrs on the bike before everyone else gets up. It's taken nearly a year to shift the excess weight sensibly and I'm not far off my target pair of jeans :)

I will admit I have found it hard reading about all your 500cal days but that is my problem and I can skip over them :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I try to delay any breakfast as long as poss - once I eat something my stomach sees to wake up and need constant attention! I have a mug of tea and then a late breakfast around 10.30 - 11 am. That keeps me going and, with plenty of water, a big bowl of low cal jelly and a few grapes I am fine until 7.pm. My that time I am certainly looking forward to a meal but am not famished. I've only done 2 fast days though - having another one tomorow.

I would like to think I am RAVISHING though:rotfl:

    Evening all :)

Nice afternoon here. Lots of sunshine :D

Savvy, if you were here I'd be sending you out to the trampoline for a good bounce! :p:)

Any chance of someone making a virtual trampoline, to go with HC's sofa, as no bouncing allowed on the sofa :rotfl:
