SNAP...kitchen roll restocked with 4 pk today. Only managed a couple of packets yesterday as little man was asleep in his pushchair..no mags yet, no wash liquid..smaller bottles and more expensive in my a'.

Went into body shop for the free lip balm, assistant said I had to spend £5:eek: , join there club which would get me a discount card for free.(.retails usually at £5) just to get the lip balm that's supposed to be free:mad:

    No thankyou:eek:

    So not a happy bunny.....

    Good afternoon everyone...miserable here today...fine rain/mist

FAIRCLAIRE were you asking for cheap wine for hampers?..

There's some in sada on roll back to £2.50, don't know what it's like but there's a rose and a white ..label says three mills classic fruity. Hth
Thought I'd give it a try.

    Lunch time..ttfn:)

I got the lip balm today, the SA offered me the chance to get the discount card if I spent another £5 (excluding the lip balm), I declined.

She said it was only an offer for people with the lip balm voucher.
They had Strawberry, Caramel, Lychee, and Plum.
    I picked the plum one.

Good luck aau! I've also just updated mine. Just need a nice 6-12 month contract now.

I have no idea what bar 6s are/were but my older brother just got excited about it (60s child, I'm an 80s gal). Glad I'm not starting the 5:2 diet until next week, have a huge batch of Viennese biscuits in the oven and I intend to eat 2 at least :D

    Oooh Good Luck:)..
Had to do my DH CV at Xmas, he'd been with the same company for over 10 years but was getting extremely unhappy working there:(
Luckily another opportunity came which meant we had to tighten our belts...but he's back to his normal happy self and has his enthusiasm back for work and life in general which is great to see:T:T

I dread the thought of doing my CV when little man starts nursery and I start to look for work:eek:....not for a while yet though!

Thanks  I wish I could find a three year contract, don't think they exist in the film/tv industry. I just want to work on Star Wars when it starts filming in January *dreams*

I remember Bar 6 - used to love those things!

When I was (a lot) younger we used to live next door to a Cadbury rep - imagine if you will a constant supply of mis-shapes of all sorts of different chocolates! It was heaven, fortunately I was skinny and unable to put on any weight as a child so I could eat as many as I wanted! Neighbour used to sneak them to us through their kids so our parents didn't know!! Although, now I am a parent, I think they might have guessed ....................
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
