What a conundrum
Do I go east to A to see if there are any kitchen rolls or west to T to buy the 1p crackers I have hid behind the weight watchers crackers.

I asked for the glitch on loo rolls not kitchen rolls.
Who did the wrong glitch dance. Was it you nerfdad as I know you can be particularly mischievous.
The glitch is Avs M on the SP 4 pack rolls (200 sheets per roll). 67p vs 67p is (just) cheaper than 62p (adjusted price) on the Nicky rolls (68/220x200). M's pack is a 6 pack at £1.00. This worked under the old price collection for Tuesday, hopefully it is continuing on the new one.
Now to factor in the £1 coupon off the Cushelle. However, even £1 off branded products often still leaves them more expensive than the 'value' line. In this case, Cushelle Supersize 4 roll is £4.28 in A. One pound off, and put on a comp vs S (sorry no Morries price:o) £4.36, and dividing by 360 sheets multiplied by 200 (the number in the SP packs) is still more expensive per sheet.
£3.28 minus about 36p (the APG it gives if done correctly) is just over £1.62 equivalent for a 4 pack 200 sheet. Nearly 3 times the cost of the SP, per sheet, even after £1 coupon off and APG. I doubt Morries have it or have it on offer - I would surely have noticed it if it were on a reduced price in M. Even at what would seem its best, even if M had it at £4, which I think they don't, it would still be around £1.44 (price adjusted, after coupon taken off and APG subtracted, to what it would then be if it were 200 sheets a roll rather than 360 a roll).
It's not a big glitch, even if it works, as in it's not a m'buy glitch that leaves it at 20p or less, but the SP one does seem the best priced (ignoring any perceptions of quality or otherwise). Anyone find anything that beats me on price?0 -
Hi honey. Any chance of roughly telling us what you do at the gym? I am thinking of starting a new routine and was wanting a bit of inspiration. I'm not going to ask the instructors as they will give me one of those 2 hour job lots with a bit of everything which is a killer!
I do around 90 minutes Hun had a lush bloke do my programme but the first 4 weeks I did my own thing! Told him do me a tidy programme or I will just give up so we did it together! Gutted he was so fit and I was a sweaty red faced mess! Lol I do 20 minutes treadmill, fast walk intervals of 1 minute run, then 10 minutes bike and 15 minutes on the wave machine. It's like a stepper thing! I do 10 minutes on upper x trainer which is like a set of pedals for you arms then some weights 2 sets of 15 reps at a weight I can hold but that hurts when I get to 15/20TrulyMadly wrote: »Do you need to?

On the upside, thanks to all my walking, I've got an extra 138 cals in the bank so I've got a bit of back up if I need it :cool:Hi honey. Any chance of roughly telling us what you do at the gym? What do you do now?
Don't really need to go to a gym. Have a look at this:

2 month programme, 2nd month is different from the first and consists of 3 - 5 mins of intense exercise followed by a 30 sec break before you are back to it. Guaranteed to make you drip. Your body shape will definitely changejumblejack wrote: »*peeks round the door....*

Go to A. The kitchen rolls are today and sure I think to go fast (I could be wrong:o) - whilst the 1p crackers have been that for some time and will still be there tomorrow - I don't think anyone would be aware to think to pick them out from behind the WW ones. Plus you need the loo rolls - and it's time for someone to experiment vs M for a change besides me:D:D.
[Edit if you want to, try the Walls Enigma x2 vs M. Multis off on MSM for some time today. Boo:(- it looks like they aren't in the 2 for £3 offer. Alternatively - and certainly not to be put on the same shop - 1x Nestle Cones (if still working) and risk the Robinsons Fruit Shoot Lollies - surely APG will pick that one up now as it's been obvious in more than one M to me for several weeks. Would love to try the Elvive Mousse to see if it glitches - multi was briefly off this p.m. but has been back on for some time - the Colour Protect one (red) seems to be the less risk one.]0 -

I went into hospital, then my laptop died and I could not remember for the life of me, my email address or password on how to get back. So here I am.
Very pleased to report that I've started the 5:2 diet. Please may I be added? I've tried to get Stan to do it, but, well, he's an old fuddy duddy who is set in his unhealthy ways and not into diets.
I did my first fast day on monday and my second one today.
On monday, I had a low fat yoghurt (68 Cals) at around 11.00 am. (I try to hold out as long as I can as I'm one of those who - once a morsel of food hits my gob, something in my stomach takes over and demands more and more and more until bedtime.)
Then I had nothing all day, just water and coffees with skimmed milk all day, and in the evening I had a tuna steak and salad (whoopsied tuna from the freezer).
Not weighed myself yet, as I want to wait till monday.
My start weight last monday was 9 stone 13.
Ideally, i'd like to lose a stone.
Welcome back :beer:0 -
