 Not according to the info on the tin I'm looking at ! It says 95 cals/100grams anfd the tin is 400grams. I make that 380 cals. Half a tin would be 190 cals.
 Easy mistake to make - read carefully.
 Also different brands of beans have different amount of calories, same goes for bread and I dare say a lot of other stuff too. A standard size loaf - you are most likely to find a slice varies between 90 and 140 cals - pick wisely :cool:Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
