Hello everybody! This is the old Womble Queen. I hope someone remembers me, if not, then I hope that it is ok to come back as someone else. I went into hospital, then my laptop died and I could not remember for the life of me, my email address or password on how to get back. So here I am.
Very pleased to report that I've started the 5:2 diet. Please may I be added? I've tried to get Stan to do it, but, well, he's an old fuddy duddy who is set in his unhealthy ways and not into diets.
I did my first fast day on monday and my second one today.
On monday, I had a low fat yoghurt (68 Cals) at around 11.00 am. (I try to hold out as long as I can as I'm one of those who - once a morsel of food hits my gob, something in my stomach takes over and demands more and more and more until bedtime.)
Then I had nothing all day, just water and coffees with skimmed milk all day, and in the evening I had a tuna steak and salad (whoopsied tuna from the freezer).
Not weighed myself yet, as I want to wait till monday.
My start weight last monday was 9 stone 13.
Ideally, i'd like to lose a stone.

Welcome back:)0 -
I got one of these today, didn't expect to like it, I don't like iced tea either and I was right, but it was quite nice when I warmed it in the microwave for a minute.
I got it from S, it was the Cappuccino one.

Muller Light Greek Style Coconut & Vanilla Yogurt
(4x120g)
Also wanted to say that this is a great yoghurt that tastes yum and good for those on diet -also good for an APG as it is £2.18 or 2 for £4.00 in Asda and its £1.09 in Tesco!

Welcome back:)
Thank you Nerfdad.
I hope everybody is well. I've got me high heels on in work today so can't walk to the local asda and will have to wait till tonight (i've got the car) in order to get my kitchen towells to build a fort with.
Today's fast day is better than the first for me, as I'm not obsessing about food so much.
So far, I've had one yoghurt and a very small piece of chicken. I have home made veg soup which i've brought to work in a sistema soup mug. They are currently on at asda for £3.00 or at Morrisons for £2.80. They are also called clip it mugs.
The soup was of course, made with Parioloi tomatoes and whoopsied veg. Salt and pepper and stock cubes were of the smart price (filler) variety. I hope everybody is having a good fast day and just remember, we can have it TOMORROW!

I can add you to the list but first want to check that your health problem is resolved- given that you've just come out of hospital, I wouldnt feel right about adding you to the list if you've still got ongoing health problems
