Hi could someone help me with tonights meal please?
I have chicken breasts and I also have some stright to wok noodles so I thought I'd make some sort of stir fry. I have onions and carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery, red onions, spring onions would any of these go in it? I have other ingredients too just not sure which would go?
My main thing is though that I don't like dry food so I need some kind of sauce any suggestions?
Sorry if I sound dumb just don't normally make this sort of thing.

Do you have any of the following:
Sesame oil
soy sauce
then I would cook chow mein.
I sprinkle sesame oil on the noodle, mix well so they are coated and keep to one side then fry the chicken with onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and beansprouts (although any veg will do) until softened.
Add one teaspoon of brown sugar, good pinch of salt, a tablespoon of light soy sauce (or water down ordinary soy sauce 50% with water), teaspoon of sesame oil and couple of tablespoons of water. Ensure the liquid is heated through then add the noodles. Warm through and serve immediately.
You can serve it with egg fried rice. Boil rice and drain well, whisk an egg and then put into heated wok with some oil, cook "omelette", mixing well and then add the drained rice, stirring continuously to reduce sticking. Add chopped spring onion and a good few shakes of soy sauce. Heat through and then serve with chow mein - delicious! Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
