You are only investigating this now, having made an offer?
If you had doubts, you should have obtained an agreement in principle before you started the buying process; preferably with a lender with a reliable "hard search" system.
Ensure you state any recently repaid debit balances on the application, ticking the "to be repaid on, or before completion" box.
Assuming you will use a credit scoring lender, your overall application data should see you accepted.I am a mortgage broker. We have an agreement in principle from London and Country and also Countrywide.0 -
Lenders update credit report information once a month, so the new balances should be reflected soon.

So you have already had two brokers run credit scores.
