Garters....Do people still wear them?
Just looking on Debenhams website for a nice strapless/multiway bra to go under my dress, and came across Garters. It isn't something I had thought about, never mind want to wear! But it just got me thinking, do most people still wear one out of tradition?

I had one, it was one of my "something blue" items. My bridesmaid gave it to me on the morning of my wedding along with a silver sixpence. I also gave a garter and sixpence to her on her wedding day (I was BM).0 -

I've just bought mine today funnily enough! i'd not really thought about it either but just saw them when I was out shopping! It guess it depends how you feel. I just thought it would be nice to hang on to a bit of tradition!0
