Mortgage over payments

I have a mortgage which is separated into different parts, i.e. the capital itself and the fees which were added to the mortgage are in 'separate accounts' of the same mortgage. Interest is the same for both (I think!). Is there any logic in overpaying either one before the other? I am still in a fixed deal so will total payment of the fees account mean I pay an early payment fee for this part of the mortgage?

Speak to your lender direct by ringing the mortgage centre but if you owe say £120K on a mortgage and £1800 in fees all at the same rate it would make me feel better to clear the smaller amount first.
