Sorry guys, I am going to be a pain again!

When did you start to have problems paying your debts - do I put 18mths ago when I stareted to look into an IVA, or a month ago when my car died and I couldn't afford my IVA? I was already considering bk as the IVA was crippling me.

Who are the creditors - some have been 'sold' on, but I don't have all the details, do I put the original bank/card company?

Cash in possession - how honest should I be? Are they likely to demand it back? If so, I won't be able to pay my rent or eat until my work situation is resolved.

Hi rufus,

Baab's covered your other queries. Put as much information as you can; Credit card company's names, account numbers, DCA, let the O.R sort it out; if anything subseqently crawls out of the woodwork just refer them to your O.R.
