Tiny have got a shocking service record, after all TINY stands for "tough its now yours", currys currently have a laptop very similar to this one, same processor etc, however it only comes with 256mb ram and a 40gb hard drive, I bought one of these recently, with a discount code that was found on this site, and only paid £474 so if your not to happy with TINY i would highly recommend the Packard Bell on currys/dixons/pc worlds site/s.

    All the best for now

    The bear

That would be the Packard Bell Easynote E6100 which many of us picked up for £289 a few weeks back (see Gone but was it Good forum). I'm now on my second replacement from PC World, as the first E6100 was obviously used and kept crashing and the second E6100's hdd died on on day 18 of my ownership. Here's hoping it's third time lucky for me.

Hey, I'm a Network Manager as wll, and I second the thought of not touching Tiny/Time! Hey, I'll even go as far as to say never touch a Dell (unless of course you get one of those silly priced ones via this site, which 2 the best of my knowledge never happen anyway!)

The site is showing Order Now - 25 allocated for Web Customers - Only 5 left!

Blimey they've gone slow. I won't bother after reading the comments about Tiny here. Isn't that good value anyway!

Best advice I can give someone is to NEVER buy from Tiny.
They make their money out of people calling their customer service once they've sold their cheaply made products.
  • I wouldn't touch it with yours!
