They've been very helpful & forth coming with the free advice so far,so thinking of using them to arrange a mortgage deal for me.They say they are "whole of market" so hoping they will find the most suitable deal for me.
Just looking for some feedback really...
good service?

They are "whole market for commission paying products" which means they won't include it if it doesn't pay them. You would then need to research such direct to lender products yourself to ensure you are really looking at the whole market.I am a mortgage broker. Thanks for the reply!
I've found the mortgage page along the tabs on the top,so I'm off to read that. It seems,L&C (which seem to have a lot of involvement in MSE) & Which? are suggested.

Which? do include non-commission paying deals. However, you have to be a subscriber which is of course where they make their money.I've found the mortgage page along the tabs on the top,so I'm off to read that. It seems,L&C (which seem to have a lot of involvement in MSE) & Which? are suggested.
This has been raised with the site a number of times before as it was felt unfair to all the local firms that do exactly the same service at the same cost. The response from the site is that it will only recommend firms it knows has the capacity to handle the business that this site can generate. L&C will only consider commission paying deals as well.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
