Hi,
I am not exactly sure this is the right place for this but i wanted to say something to make others aware.
We bought a bedside drawer unit from this website www.hollyfarmfurniture.co.uk, it all looks very nice, has a shropshire address, solid wood items from a farm, fab.
Except when the item came it is in a box stamped made in India.
The drawers are not bad, they have a veneer finishing which we were not expecting but apart from that they are OK, this is not a complaint as such.
however when you open the drawers the handle has been attached and they have left the screw sticking out in the drawer, so if u get anything out of the drawers you have to be very careful not to rip your hand open on the screw, this is every drawer so it isn't a one off, it is badly finished.
I am pretty sure we can sort this out, by filing it down or something, but i just wanted to warn anyone who thought they were buying handmade in Shropshire, which the site implies, it's actually imported in from India.
My apologies if this is in the wrong area. This website has been helpful to me when i have been looking to buy stuff so i wanted to return the favour.

To be fair to them there's nowhere on the website, that I can see, that says that the products they sell are actually made on the premises. And why should they? After all Farm Foods products don't all come from a farm do they?
I suggest you email them and give the company a chance to address your problems.0
