How many grams are there in one UK ounce?
30 grams
25 grams
28 grams

The posters below are saying there's 28 grams in an ounce, the text on the comp says Correct conversions in the kitchen cannot be done using a calculator, as for instance in the UK an ounce is equivalent to 25 grams. So make your own minds up
