    The deposit is in my account but the money for the fees, moving etc is in his.

    From my account, I pay the rent and bills and usually the shopping but he transfers money to my account to contribute to these costs. Would that be ok?

    If I needed to get the money from his account, could he transfer it in small regular amounts so it may seem like his living costs?
    Feel like I am suggesting something fraudulent :(

    We have quite a few tranfers going between our banks in the past few months.

    All you need to be able to do is provide a statement for an account in your name with the amount of the deposit in it. The money for fees does not have to be proved.
