Fable 3 is currently free to download through the Xbox Live Marketplace.
As of now, unfortunately, only Xbox Live Gold members can download Fable 3 for free. Simply set the payment method to Microsoft Points and click “buy.” Silver members will still be asked for the full price of $19.99
Just downloaded, plays as normal.

This isn't an error by Microsoft, it is a genuine promotion. Each month until the end of the year (I believe) they are going to make 2 titles available for free download to Gold members.0 -
