Just gThought of something else for the stock box. A packet of that dried soup pulse mix. Then with the addition of a couple of stock cubes and if you have an onion,,carrot and potato that can be diced up tiny or any other veg, you can make a big pan of filling soup which will be healthy. I keep a stock of fast and easy meals to hand for when I am tired. One of my favourites is tinned pease pudding - and it may have a baby friendly texture, though the amount of salt may be an issue, I don't know what the limit for babies is.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Chirpychick, something else to put in your emergency box is tinned fruit and some some tinned veg so that you can still get your five a day in or at least some f&v when you are stretching it all at the end of the month.
The things I am suggesting are the sort of things that we would take on holiday (self catering in this country) and I would collect them over the weeks and months so that I had the food money as spends. Frey Bentos pies are something else and can usually be found in pound shops for £1 (obviously). Not very healthy but tasty. Esther xSecond purse £101/100
