I have always bought the sandisk pro duo cards as they were faster than the official sony cards.

eBay is cheap but the likleyhood of getting a genuine card are very slim so leave them alone and ignore the prices on eBay as they all reflect the fact them most cards on there are fake. play.com had some decent offers just after christmas on the 4GB cards I have bought all mine from scan.co.uk as they are local to me and I save shipping.

    I bought a 2GB Duo for approx £28.

Was brand new and in offical Sony packaging. From Ebay.

Used for my Cybershot Camera, but is the same for PSP - that was a while back so may be cheaper.

Also the SANDISK make are compatible.

Have a shop around and use your loaf (on ebay). If seller has 14000 feedback at 99.9% you know you will be alright.

Although personally I would always avoid the ones shipped directly from Hong Kon/Japan or ones with low feedback and score e.g. 40 feedback at < 90% ..etc.

    Common sense really.

Yes the fake ones do actually look like original sony cards includeing the packageing, it isnt always clear what your getting. there is a page set up by ebay regarding the sale of fake cards and it lists a few sellers that are genuine.

some fake cards work others dont I wouldnt want to get so far in GTA and the fake card dies as will the save game. stick to a known and trusted seller proberbly not on ebay.
