How to open Natwest globe money box?

My son has been given one of the old Natwest money boxes shaped like a globe. It is full of 5p's that he wants to count and pay into his bank account.
However, I can't work out how to open it without breakingthe plastic globe, which I don't want to do.
Does anyone know how to open one of these ??

When I worked in NatWest, there was always one cashier who kept a key to help out in such situations. Try asking at your local branch although as these are about 25 years old now I'm not sure how lucky you'll be.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

If all else fails, do it the old fashioned way and use a knife (a dinner knife is best - broad bladed and relatively blunt) - poke the knife into the money slot and shake the globe gently - the coins will start to slip out of the slot, using the knife blade as a slide.0
