I’m really sorry but again I’m after a little bit of advice!!
On our DMP we have an account which has now recently been transferred to CBS Transcom, and they have now had two payments.
The account was originally an MBNA account which was assigned to Arrow Global LLC, who then appointed Credit & Business Service Ltd to manage the account.
In the last few days we have had numerous phonecalls from Arrow Global asking for higher payments and have also received two letters asking us to contact a company called blackandwhite.co.uk who they think have a solution to pay off all of our debts, which by the way is either re-mortgaging or by secured loan.
We do not wish to do this because, for one, we do not have any equity in our property and also we believe that we are doing the right thing by dealing with our debts with the CCCS. They are threatening that if we do not contact blackandwhite.co.uk by 4th June then they will be forced to continue collection activity and take actions to collect the full amount owing.
We are now worrying that the letters are becoming more and more threatening and that they seem to be ignoring everything that they are being told either by us or by the CCCS.
Also, we are totally confused as to who we are supposed to be sending the payments to. CBS Transcom seem to be happy with what is being paid as we have heard nothing further from them, but Arrow Global are being more and more forceful.
Any advice on how we should be dealing with Arrow Global? Are we doing the right thing by replying to their letters and phonecalls stating that everything is being dealt with via the CCCS?

Hi there
Basically take a copy of all of the letters, then write a covering letter explaining about the phone calls, and then send the lot to CCCS. They should be able to sort this out for you. And CCCS will keep paying whatever the amount is that has been agreed.
