Need to get a better rate for debt-help?

Hello all,
I didn't know whether to post this on loans or credit cards-so I'll start here.
I have about £9,000 on a flexible mortgage - acts like a loan though rate is variable and it is provided by our main mortgage provider. The rate is now 6.99% and it will fluctuate with inflation rates.
I want to get a better deal and stop the fluctuating. I have looked at transferring to a credit card using my Egg Money Account to help me transfer. I have looked at the best 'till paid off' credit cards. The Morgan Stanley Platinum Card is no longer available and I can't do M&S More card new transfer rate as I already have one.
Do you have any advice on how to get the rate down (via new loan?) or another credit card to use?
Thanks, Joejoe-eyes

have you tried asking M&S whether they would extend your credit with them to take this on?
barclaycard takes from flexible loans - im not sure what product you have but I know my partner had a cahoot flexi loan and barclaycard took part of that onto a 0% card for 13 months.
HTH:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
