Totally agree with you, Boots must know and love the free advertising and 'Boots Buzz' created on these forums... Just look at the success of the January 75% off sale.

She was maybe a little bit of a jobs worth, and made me feel like a criminal, but she also said she would get into trouble.... How could I argue with that. If I had more time this week I would have tried again, but I am busy now with chicken poxed children. Hope someone else manages to get a glitch item + make up sponges + GWP for free

It is a cheap looking gift time time around, but then I guess you don't have to spend much (or anything) to get it. It is a plastic transparent bag with about 5 miniatures inside ( - No7 Stay Perfect eyeshadow pale pink 1.5g, High Shine Lip Gloss Coral Kiss 9ml, Extreme Length Waterproof Mascara Black 4.5ml, Triple Protection Tinted Moisturiser Medium/ Fair 10ml, Airbrush Away Primer 10ml)

Re the shoplifting, I agree the SA was being a jobs worth. Several people on this thread have been questioned by the SA and some not allowed to use more than 1 voucher, but none that I have seen have been arrested or cautioned by the police. When a shoplifter is caught they don’t say give us back the goods and let them go. So even in a technical manner this cannot be true.


Re the GWP I agree it is not a good as last time but the plastic case is a major improvement on the plastic bag that I have been using for liquids at the airport, the mini sizes are great for travelling. It’s also a good way to really test some of the products before committing and if you have a teenage niece it makes you the best Auntie in the world.


Re the programming of the tills, I think it was done by a 14yr old on work experience, I’m hoping he goes to Tesco this year so we can all get some bargains there

In our Boots. the pink ballerina one was, strangely, only being given as a GWP with the new Hugo Boss perfume, not with No7 products !

I went back to the Boots where I didn't get a glossy with my change & she told me that they only issue random vouchers like till spits in that branch & said I was unlucky.

its the bronzing pearls that are £9.95 - and yes, you can do the pearls with the nail polish and get £8 off the total and get your GWP - sjay and Diamond Mon did it earlier today .

Evening All,
Just a heads-up. Did a bit of late night shop in a Boots with a self service (Central London) and the till gave me yet another till spit for £5.00 off skincare this time valid from 9th July to 11th August. I did 2 shops over £5.00 and it gave me one each time. Nothing off make-up this time though.

Adding thanks to all the posters for the tips and hints; I have enough make and skin care to last till next year!

is it £5 off No7 skincare?
Interesting - if it is, it might be combineable with an existing tillspit, as they may have different barcodes?

Well, looks like I missed out on this sadly as I forgot to take my vouchers into London with me at the weekend.

Still have a till split and a glossy, I know the offer ends tomorrow, but not quite sure what to do with it now.
