Thanks OP (and Balletshoes for explanations!)
Did one shop yesterday and got:
BB Cream £12.95
Tinted moisturiser £11.50
Hair Protecting Spritz £6.50
Total: £2.70
Then one this morning (because SA never around SS tills here at 9am
) and got:
2x bronzing pearls £9.95 ea so £19.90
Naturally Sunkissed Gradual Body Tan £9.95
Total: -£1.07 so added some aftershave balm for hubby.
Grand total : £4.27
I know it wasn't the most cost effective method on the first shop, but it was all stuff I wanted, so very happy with my goodies!
Long may Boots glitches continue!
I've found that where I live .. I did 3 lots this morning at 9 x0 -
Let me get this right. Even though the glitchy item is also the free item, if you get two, and one more expensive item, the buy one get one half price will still kick in?balletshoes wrote: »
I did the hydrating mask with 2 bronzers this morning, worked fine (I put the mask through last just to be on the safe side).Cup of Tea? :coffee:0 -
I got the night cream for free by using glossy and till split, I got it on its own because I had a spare £5 glossy where the till said id put it in when I hadnt, so I couldnt of got bronzers as I had no £3 glossies.0

I've gone and left my boots card at work argh or I was going to try a shop or two. I like the idea of getting points so I am getting stuff back for my purchases (okay I'm asking for too much).
Cup of Tea? :coffee:0 -

Have you been scanning the non glitchy last? Cup of Tea? :coffee:0 -
Great.
Have you been scanning the non glitchy last?
yes i have - same as when I've been buying 2 glitchies and a 3rd skincare which is exactly the same price (like 2 bronzing pearls and an essential moisture night cream, they are all £9.95 each so I've been scanning the night cream last).0 -
Yes I did day cream too that way.balletshoes wrote: »yes i have - same as when I've been buying 2 glitchies and a 3rd skincare which is exactly the same price (like 2 bronzing pearls and an essential moisture night cream, they are all £9.95 each so I've been scanning the night cream last).
Is anyone here buying stuff then taking them back to return over and over again? I simply can't think of what else to spend £5 on to keep.
Also let me try and get this skincare thing. If a item is £13, and bp are 10 (rounded up), then that's 10+5=£15 + £13= £28 - £16 = £12 - £10 (because one bp was meant to be free) = £2?Cup of Tea? :coffee:0 -

nope, haven't returned anything, and no intentions of doing so to be honest. I bought most of my glossies from ebay. Don't you need your receipt to return stuff?
I'd do your maths in a different way -
£13 non-glitchy skincare (scanned last)
£5 half price glitchy bogohp on glitchy stuff
£0 free glitchy on 342
= £18 - £16 in vouchers = £2 to pay
