sounds like you missed one part of a glossy voucher possibly - did you separate the 2 parts then scan them separately, then the ss till spit? It should have been £3.42. Do you have the receipt? Can you list which products you got and their prices from the receipt? That might help work it out.

oh no - another month of Boots maths :T.

you need 2 lots of vouchers - so you need to spend £4 twice, once at ss tills and get a ss tillspit for NO7, and once at manned tills to get a glossy NO7 voucher.

Then you buy your 3 No7 items (the most expensive 2 of which need to work as both make-up and skincare) then use both sets of vouchers through the ss tills (because not many cashiers will let you use both vouchers in one transaction) to get £16 off the total once the 342 and bogohp has kicked in.

There are other ways you can use these 2 lots of vouchers too.

Thanks so much for putting this into English for us thickos. Well almost English anyway. I'll give it a bash tomorrow, but I fear I'll make a complete hash of it. You should rent yourself out to MSErs, to supervise us in store.

Just remember to split your glossy voucher along the perforations when you get it ~ that way you know you,ll have 3 vouchers in total to scan to get your maximum discount.

Would someone kindly put a link to the products that this applies to. I'm getting all excited about the vast savings, then realised I don't even know what I need to buy!!

Does anyone know whether No7 Primer is make-up or skincare?

Bought some last time around but ended up getting it separately from BB creams in case glitch didn't work.

So do I need to spend 8 pound first,4 at a normal till and 4 at self serve?

Actually you need to spend only £4 at manned till as usually there are plenty till spits by the self service tills (if you have any), no7 Voucher gets printed first, but many of them end up on the floor or bin :) thats in case you dont mind picking up from there.

I bought 2 x BB Balms - £8.50 each (one went through at £4.25 as all make up currently buy one get one 50% off)
    1 x Cleansing Water -£9

    All 3 vouchers have come off - 2 x £3 and 1 x £5
    I paid £5.75
