Royal Ascot Parking

Hi all,

I'm off to Royal Ascot on the 22nd and just seen that the Car Park is £20 per car! Just wondered if anybody knew of an alternative? Considering parking at Sunningdale Station and getting the train in as it's quite a cheap return.

There are cheaper places nearby.. however the £20 covers the whole day - people tend to picnic by their cars etc. and as most people are dressed up they don't wish to walk far.

Hi, I live right on the edge of the racecourse. You can park on my drive for £10. And my son will wash your car for a nominal £5! He's trying to raise some money! We have enough room for 6 cars.
We live on a private lane a short walk to the racecourse. A beautiful spot!

Hi AscotRes, we're going to the races on Thursday and our friends will all be in car park 7 but unfortunately this is now full and I can't get a pass, would you know if you're very close to car park 7 please? That way we could carry our chairs and things and walk into car park 7 to join them (as car park 8 will be too far I think). If you're very close to the entrance of car park 7 then we'd love to park on your drive if possible? Many thanks
