Debt Management Fee

I have been with a debt management company for 3 years, DFH Financial Solutions.
I have been struggling recently with the monthly paying and found out that I pay a £35 fee per month to them within my payment!
I am in the process of changing over to a debt management company who do not charge a fee.
Is there any way I can claim back the fee I was charged? Total amount over the 3 years was £1260.00!
