    do this meen that they will respect the wishes of the will of my nephew.

    It will be at the discretion of the trustees. Whilst the Will has no bearing on the pension, they will often consider it in cases where no nominee exists or there are no specific scheme rules which set out who the beneficiaries are.

    Did you give a copy to the trustee's or not? Did you give them a letter stating about the separation before he died or not?

    the solicitor is doing it now,also that he was not with her has she telled him to go.

    if so would she be entitled to three years of it, as he was with her only that long.
