Pincone Research - Survey Missing

I did my first ever survey last week on thurdsay and I just logged into the account and its not showing up as being completed.

I definately went through all the questions and completed this to the end. Now I dont fancy doing this again as first time around it took me nearly 30mins.

What can I do about this?

can you remember the number? and the email it came from?

they do send the odd survey to find out about you and what surveys are suitable for you, which you need to complete for no pay. I think they end in 3001

Pinecone are usually very good for paying. Have always received payment the next day.

Email Pinecone Research themselves and ask them about it. They are the only ones who will be able to see anything to do with your account.

Pinecone have very strict rules about posting Anything to do with their surveys online.

They are always good at recording surveys, before used to show up the next day. I have 2 surveys yet to show up. Sometimes it is taking them atleast 5 days to process them.

I always get paid the following day for any surveys I do.

How do I request payment through paypal, I couldnt find this option anywhere.

Just received my first Pinecone remuneration, which came as luncheon vouchers - haven't seen these in years! Just been through their FAQ apparently you can't flip over to paypal until you have done your first survey. Have taken the advice on this board and emailed direct as can't see anything automatic on their site which allows you to do this.
Now to ponder where to use the LV's..

I used mine in Macdonalds on Monday but now have paypal much better
