Self employed earnings are more often or not averaged out over a period of time. Rather than taking the last year which is normally the best.0 -
We were told by our broker that both halifax and natwest would take my latest year as the figure for caluclating loan amount, is this not correct?0

Are you using a specialist self employed broker, mine was excellent after found me a mortgage after getting declined initially.0
