Hi,
I am in need of some urgent advice -
I am currently in mortgage arrears of 15k, the bulk of this was due to being out of work for a while and being unware of the help i could get.
I am now back in work and came to a new arrangement yesterday with my Mortgage provider. However, I received a call from the person I spoke with last night, advising that the arrangement i made has been cancelled due a warrant being authorised and that i am now due to be evicvted on 27-06-13. A letter is in the post to confirm this arrangment made yesterday, which is now cancelled......Can they do this?
I am aware i can make an APSE, but this would be my second one in four years and my arrears have gone up since my first APSE
Any advise would be much appreciated

Contact Shelter a charity (link below) whom will give you pro-active guidance and assistance ... although with a previous suspended repo order, your luck and time may now have run out ...
