Its not free, its £4.95 postage so I will move away from the freebies board.

Thanks for the post, we have the bigger size pain
relief pen and I would recommend it as it is useful
on all types of problems and easy to put in pocket
or bag to carry around
I thought at first how can a pen take pain away but
it works and if you check the reviews on amazon a
lot of other people say the same0 -
i had one of these mini ones and i just couldnt use it. i am sure the point end where it was against the pain was great but the electric shocks thru the other end where u push down was unbearable (to me anyway)
i had to give up in the end and stick with my TENs nowWhen you know better you do better0 -
I ordered mine two days ago and it was delivered this morning, i will let you know how i get on. There was a leaflet inside the package saying i could get a free muscle and joint gel only paying the £3.95 postage so i have taken up that offer aswell.
If anybody wants to try the gel you have to go to: tower-health.co.uk and quote promotional code KG03 at the checkout
I will let you know the results of the mini paingone pen0 -
My dad bought one of these when they were being hyped up in the media a few years ago and eagerly awaited it's arrival.
It was rubbish. All it did was give him mini electric shocks which only added to the pain he already had.
Please don't waste your money.0 -

Hi, My pen seems to be good, after using it my pain in my shoulder was nearly gone after 10 minutes.
I would definately recommend getting one of these while there free.
Check the Amazon reviews they are fantastic0 -

I'm always wary of products which companies claim to be free but then charge an extortionate amount for P&P.
I'm also dubious of new posters who initially ask whether a product is any good and then praise it to the skies as if it is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
As for toppy123, he's made three posts in eight months and all related to this company. I smell BS.0
