I want to ensure my brother doesn't end up with huge solicitors fees.
So can anyone tell me what happens at a first court date regarding getting fair access to his children and what is the best way to prepare for it.
Briefly - he and wife separated following her affair. She has kids ( this suits them both) but wants to limit their access to their father to 3 hours 1 night each week and every other weekend. He obviously wants more than this and she has consistantly refused to discuss the kids at all so he has to go to court. His first court date is in a few weeks time.
