Hi hope someone can help. I ordered a friends and family railcard with the mail. On the strength of getting the card I bought some tickets to gullivers theme park of groupon for the 21st June. For my granddaughters birthday. But unless I get the railcard I will not be able to afford the fare as I recently lost my job. I emailed daily mail customer support over a week ago and have had no reply. Please please can someone help as I dont know who to contact many thanks
