I have my first wedding anniversary coming up and struggling to think of ideas for a gift for my wife. Any ideas?

She loves sentimental things but still struggling to think of anything that's good enough.

http://www.etsy.com/shop/PaperHeartist do some lovely framed paper cut outs. We're not married yet but for our first anniversary I'm going to get our first dance lyrics put in a frame with a paper cut out over it. I haven't decided what I want on the cut out yet but I still have a year to decide

As first anniversary is paper could you maybe write her a love letter? I appreciate that probably sounds a bit rubbish but if she likes sentimental things I think something like that could be perfect.

As 1st year is traditionally paper how about a framed print of your vows, first dance lyrics or a typography print? I can be a sentimental so and so and you love any gift if my OH put some thought into it!
