Hi,
For some reason MKDP (on behalf of HSBC) have pinned non payments of a credit card onto my partner.
she has been into HSBC today and explained the situation, they have the name of the woman whos debt it belong to.
Now because this has been pinned on her, her credit rating is very poor.
MKDP are not very helpful and dont seem to care about this, is there any way (without having to pay) that she can get this wiped off her credit rating?
It should have been resolved months ago when this first occurred, HSBC said they would sort it but didnt so she has been in again today to resolve it.
