I dont understand why people put ..'No offers in various papers'..I thought the idea of this thread was to put what papers actually had offers in/?By the way there is no offers in the Beano this week.

    funnyguy,

Back when Quoia used to start up this thread each day the first posts asked that if you had had a chance to look at a paper and there were no offers then to let others know that too.

I personally think this is still a very useful thing to know.

If you are buying a paper to read on the train or whatever and hoping for an offer then this thread gives you a head start on what papers not to bother with as well as highlighting the offers.

Big thanks to Nudge and Chum and everyone else who takes the time to post useful information on here.

Thought I should comment on funny guys remark about
Posting when no offers in newspapers
When I first started posting on here it was said even if
No offers post to say that and then it is another paper
Not to buy if looking for offers
We do not know if no offers in the mirror or star unless
Someone posts otherwise,I think I am doing this and
Helping people but I suppose there will always be one
    Who finds fault

Personally I am grateful for what Quoia previously and now Nudge and Chum do each day. It is helpful to know if one paper has something and another doesn't - after all encouraging people to buy the paper is why they have offers so someone may change for that day and then buy regularly.

So Funnyguy - your comment is facile and unhelpful
