You can use it like minced beef in a pie or to make bolognese sauce.0

Make into burgers, put some apple sauce on top and top with a slice of mature cheese and stick under the grill until golden brown. Or make in to rissoles. Or freeze it and keep til another day.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

No I don't think you could make burgers from it once it was cooked. You could make sloppy joes though. Or what about getting a tin on soup like cream of mushroom and stirring that in with cooked pasta and any veggies you might have and stick in the oven to heat through. Maybe crush a bag of crisps and sprinkle over and some grated cheese first to make a topping. 180degrees C is what my DH calls batchelor temperature as it does most things and for about half an hour I would think. Voila!0

We call it Cowboy pie - have only done it with fresh mince but I'm sure will be fine.
Fry onion, add pork mince, add chicken oxo, add tin of beans (hence cowboy) add a little water.
Prepare mashed potatoes then add sweetcorn. Layer on top of mince and bake in oven.0 -
Mix it in with some egg and have egg and pork scramble?
Make a pie using the mince, some sage, some onion and again some eggs, like a lidded quiche (or hatted quiche as my 3 yr old calls it)The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10
