Fable III on Xbox

If you have Xbox Live Gold you can download a copy of Fable III for free from either your Xbox or the marketplace.
Choose to use points to buy it and it will be free, you may be charged if you don't specify using points to buy it.

If you don't have Live Gold, you may be able to get it if you can get a access code for a Gold trial or if you get someone who has a Gold account to sign in, but I can't promise it, so check that the points cost is 0 before buying.

Fable 3 has been free to download today on XBox Live

I don't know the reason why and it isn't promoted in the dashboard so you may have to search for Fable 3 in the games section

I downloaded this via the marketplace and it showed up as "free" - no points option also downloaded The Walking Dead Episode 1 for free :j

You can currently download Fable 3 from the Xbox marketplace for free if you are an Xbox gold subscriber.

Change the payment method to microsoft points to get rid of any error codes.

I just had the same problem, had to click "X" for the option "buy with Microsoft points" (still free), then it let me download. Hope this helps?

We downloaded it on our two Xboxes this morning!!
You need to have Xbox Live to be able to download if that helps?

Just had a quick search around and it looks like they will be releasing 2 games per month... Keep your eyes open!!

By the looks of things this is going to be a monthly 2 free games offer. Assassins Creed 2 and Halo 3 are lined up as well.

I have a question though and hopefully someone can answer.
I dowloaded Fable 3 but sadly its in german. Maybe just because I'm in europe, but I can't change the language and I also can't find the vo dlc or pack.
