New business

Hi,

I am looking to remortgage as I am near the end of my fixed rate. I have started my own business in January and I have also been working in full time employment which I leave in July to work full time in the business. Can anyone advise on how I can get the best rate for my new mortgage as I can show previous earnings from my employer but none from the business?

My wife is in full time employment but is on maternity leave until January.

Any advice would be gratefully received

It sounds like a self cert remortgage to me.
