Grated Mozzarella Style Cheese Alternative!!!

DS1 was making pizza in school last week, and in his own inimitable fashion, managed to come back from the shop with the aforementioned substance, instead of real mozzarella (no doubt because I let him keep the change).
Any ideas what I can do with it, where taste isn't that important???
Thanks

It's ok don't worry, just sprinkle over the pizza. It will melt like the other cheeses, perhaps it's even better because it contains less water0

Feed it to the birds
Better still, feed it to DS and he won't make the same mistake again :rotfl:
Only kidding, you could try using it on a pizza, it might not be as bad as we think0 -
How about in a lasagne mixed in with some other cheese - the other flavours might mask the taste?!!0

Ugh don't eat it hot. Bought it once by mistake and it goes truly revolting when melted. Kinda sticks to your teeth.
Perhaps not so bad cold in a sandwich, with pickle or something, to take the blandness away...0
