i know that feeling - in the past i have had a hot shower and then poked at it blindly with a cotton bud.......... not very successful but better than doing nothing (i'm not so good at just leaving things be!) :happyhear0 -

I lived with my dad for most of the teenage years and i had bad skin but whenever i used to get a big spot he would sing this song....
