Mr Shoe and 'technical problems'

Hi all.
On Friday my daughter received a message from her friend saying that all items on Mr Shoe website were £10 including Dr Martens!
Being extremely excited we both ordered a few pairs, paid, received the invoice etc. The following day I received a telephone call saying that the computer system had a 'technical error' and that the £10 items were not correct prices. They offered us the items at cost price. I mentioned to the chap on the phone that surely as it was their mistake they should let us have the items for the price stated and that said that on their 'disclaimer' if there is a technical problem they do not have to sell at the price expected and they will offer a full refund.
Are they allowed to do this? Please help.:(

Had you ordered one pair it might have slipped through the net. When you start ordering 'a few' pairs you get caught0
