Does any one know if there are still valid discount codes? Last time got great bargains in the sale with £5 off/10% off, but I can't seem to find any that are working.

Is this in store too?? Can't bring myself to order from their website after how bad their delivery service was last time. Such a shame because I do love their stuff.

Tried all the codes from that thread but couldn't get any of them to work - think it may be because I've used them a couple of times. Thank you though :) (I did try searching earlier but couldn't find the thread.)

Those codes only work once, so if you want to use them again you have to use a different account (different email).
But I did that & both the 25% & £5 worked for me on sale items. Order has to be over £6 though.

I got a "we are packing your order" email the next day, so hopefully it will be delivered soon.

    I've been Money Tipped!
H&M use Hermes to deliver their parcels( they in turn use independent couriers, as it turns out my local hermes courier lives down the road and Ive never waited more than 5 days for an order from H&M, I guess its down to where you live hence why some of you wait ages for an order!

I rang H & M about this. They said orders are dispatched from Stockholm (they have no warehouse in UK) hence take ages.

thats strange as this what it says on their website!
Shipping:Your order should be delivered within 4 to 6 working days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.

Shipping is available to residential addresses within the UK.
    Delivery dates

You can find the expected delivery dates for your order at checkout. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send the remainder of the items as soon as they are in stock and you will only pay for the first delivery.
You can edit your order before shipping, at “My H&M” or call Customer Service 0844 736 9000.
    Shipping cost is £ 3.90

The shipping cost is £ 3.90 regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.
    Undeliverable parcels

If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge of £9.90 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.

Like I said Ive never waited more than 5 days for a H&M delivery and I order from them quite regularly so go figure!
