Hi there, I will keep this as short as possible and may explain more if necessary to answer my question.
My ex girlfriend and I currently have a 50-50 mortgage. She is refusing me access into the property and is paying the mortgage herself. We have no children. If I go to solicitors will I realistically have any hope?
Thank you in advance for your support and advice.
