hey everyone i am so sorry for the long delay but i am finally back with some piccies of my big day

unfortunately it went terribly almost everything that could go wrong did the food was terrible the place we got married at f***ed up pretty much everything the staff threw meals down the guests (inc the MOH) a couple of barmaids were caught sha**ing my guests in the toilets and helping themselves to the bar as well as serving under agers as we walked out of the ceremony we had a tray of champers dropped the flowers provided by the venue were the wrong ones they didnt let the dj in to set up at the agreed time so he was later the toast master never showed up the evening buffet was completely unidentifiable as food and was left uneaten they served my diabetic guests a fruit salad with a sugar syrup on it we were informed at 6pm the night before the wedding that they had no set up staff so we would have to go and do it all so thankfully the best men and a couple of our friends went in and did it otherwise nothing would have been done and i think they did a great job and overall it all just turned out to be a horrible day although i did get to marry my doubledaddy and everyone looked gorgeous

(oh and my blo**y hair i slept in rollers the night before and the curls still fell out before i had managed to get to the venue)

here is the link for the pics (thanks for the flickr idea everyone)

i wonder how all my old friends are doing anyone still around who remembers me lol
The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5

Sorry to hear about all the bad stuff that happened :(

I can't see the pics but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will help - unless you can put them in a flickr account and link us?

Congratulations for marrying your lovely husband and, never fear, the day will make for some brilliant stories some day. I'll look forward to seeing some photos - have you tried creating a public album on flickr or something?

Looking forward to seeing your pics, but really sorry to hear about all the problems you had! Hope you were able to enjoy the day anyway, you will remember it forever and even the bad bits you will look back fondly at...its how memories are created I believe!

  • At the end of the day at least you got married to the man you love!! Photos look lovely and it still looks like the greatest day of your lives so you definitely did something right!

I would be trying to get some money back from the venue if I were you. They treated you horribly and ought to be ashamed of themselves!

Lovely photos! You look beautiful, and I love the blue of your BM dresses :)

I would definitely make a formal complaint to the venue for shabby treatment.
