Been through all the crap over the last few years and they still cant bring my account up to date which would prove I've overpaid after tribunal decisions. ICE have gave them to this week to provide an accurate account breakdown which they had made a pigs ear of last April. I have calculated I had overpaid in excess of £5k. They continued to charge my account after the child's 19th Birthday in November 2012 but have now written saying the case is closed and in another letter saying the pwc HAS MADE AN APPLICATION FOR CHILD MAINTENACE.

Bring it on as now I have a chance for a DNA test as stated in the new application form. I don't see the child but PWC is take take take all the time. Time to cause her some trauma having to explain to an autistic child (so she says) all for the sake of 4 months .

I know some of you will think I am wrong but she has used the system, benefits and csa for her own personal game. Claiming this , claiming that yet working cash in hand and now no declaring things through books in her business.

What i would be like to know is, if the D.N.A. test shows that you are not the Father will the CSA refund all the money that you have put in over the years? They should really as you would of been a victim of fraud.
Also would the P.W.C. get the £1000 fine for giving false information if the D.N.A. test proved that you where not the Father,

Dont the CSA have a clause about not refunding money if you didn't take a DNA test at the start of the claim.?

Yes i did read that, but there was a thread on here a months ago when a N.R.P. found out that his 16 yr old son was not his and he was getting his money back.
The thing is why should you not get it back? if you or anyone else for that matter had paid money in good faith for a child that you thought was yours would you not want a refund, If a N.R.P. owes the CSA money they use every power in their war chest to get the money off them!! then why not use the same powers to get the money back off the P.W.C. after all it was her who mislead everyone, not the N.R.P.

If a N.R.P. finds out that he is not the father then the CSA should start a repayment plan for the P.W.C. A.S.A.P.
