Greetings card survey - anyone take one recently?

I did a survey recently where you had to go and buy a greetings card and post it off. Did anybody else do this? Because I stupidly didn't keep the survey invitation and now I have no idea what company I did it for. I sent my cards off three weeks ago and can't see anything showing up in the history of any of the sites I'm members of, so I don't know whether I should worry or not, and who I'm meant to chase up! You were supposed to go shopping for a greetings card that you actually needed to buy, then buy two copies and post one back to the survey company with an ID number written on the back - then you would get reimbursed the cost of the card, and I think it was a £5 fee for actually doing the task. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.

Does anybody know what the Toluna survey number was? I've still not been paid and need to follow it up.

Same here. Still not heard anything from them and it's been about 6 weeks since I sent the cards off and completed the follow up survey.
