I enjoy messing on with mine but you won't really lose any weight from it if that's what you're aiming for

mainly aiming to improve muscle tone, legs and arms are good due to walking two very active dogs but tummy isnt and isnt helped by the great big scar.0

DD says it's a lot of fun.
But her Dad's dog tends to treat it as a giant pull toy, so, as she weighs about 7 stone and the dog weighs 5, she ends up being dragged about by him once he's timed his jump to catch the thing.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0
