The promotion runs from 00:01 on the 17th April 2013 to 23:59 on the 31st March 2014. The Promoter of this prize draw is Nestl! Waters UK Ltd.

Participants may enter the prize draw a maximum of once per day. For sake of clarity only the first entry per person per day will be eligible. Bulk entries from consumers, consumer groups, the Trade or any third parties will not be accepted.
Participation is by online entry only. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter, visit www.buxton.co.uk/whosgotthebottle and complete an online registration form.
Entries received by any other means (including postal) will be excluded.
Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form to be in with a chance of winning including Name, address, email, date of birth and phone number.
All participants will be added to the prize draws to win one pair of seat only Ashes tickets. There are 20 prizes of x1 pair of tickets, and 5 items of signed England merchandise available to be won in total throughout the duration of the promotion. No one person may win more than one prize.
- No out of pocket expenses such as food, drink and travel to the match are included in the prizes. The winners and any permitted companions are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the match.
- The prize allocations will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Those participants who enter after 00:00 on the 7th August will be entered in to a draw to win one of five items of signed England merchandise
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
The winners will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries and shall be deemed potential winners. Potential winners will be contacted, within 5 days after the draw to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Following confirmation of the above the entrant will be deemed to be a winner. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the potential winners during this time. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of first attempting to do so, Nestl! Waters UK Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the originals. The prize draws for the Ashes tickets will be made at 09:00 on the following dates:
- Entries received between the 17th April and 00:00 on 25th June will be eligible to win one of x7 pairs of tickets for the 1st Investec Ashes Series 2013 Test Match and the draw will be made on 26th June.

  2. Day 4 1st Test x10 seat only tickets available
- Entries received between 00:01 on the 25th June and 00:00 on the 9th July will be eligible to win one of x2 pairs of tickets for the 2nd Investec Ashes Series 2013 Test match and the draw will be made on 10th July
  1. Day 1 2nd Test x4 seat only tickets available
- Entries received between 00:01 on the 9th July and 00:00 on the 23rd July will be eligible to win one of x9 pairs of tickets for the 3rd and 4th Investec Ashes Series 2013 Test Match and the draw will be made on 24th July

  2. Day 4 3rd Test x6 seat only tickets available
  3. Day 3 4th Test x8 seat only tickets available
- Entries received between 00:01 on the 23rd July and 00:00 on the 7th August will be eligible to win one of x2 pairs of tickets for the 5th Investec Ashes Series 2013 Test Match and the draw will be made on 7th August
  1. Day 4 5th Test x4 seat only tickets available
- Entries received between 00:01 on the 7th August 2013 and 23:59 on the 31st March 2014 will be eligible for the signed merchandise draw
- Entries received after 23:59 on the 31st March 2014 will not be eligible
The prize draw for the signed merchandise will take place at 09:00 on Tuesday 1st April 2014
The prize draw for signed merchandise on 1st April 2014 will be drawn at random, under independent supervision and is for one of five signed England items (subject to availability and at the Promoter's discretion). The decision as to from which Series the merchandise is signed, is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Tickets and signed merchandise will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the postal address supplied by the winner contacted as in Point 9. A signature will be required upon delivery.
In the event of an entrant's phone number changing or their mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, or an entrant moving house, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new phone number, email address or postal address.
