Commuting from west London to Milton keynes

Hi,

First of all this is my first thread :)

Basically, I need to commute from west London (Shepherds Bush) to Milton Keynes Central Monday-Friday. Train season ticket is about £115 per month.

I was wondering if anyone knows a better way (a part from relocating there :p ), since it is quite expensive for me?

commuting costs are NEVER allowable against tax

I think "NEVER allowable" is a bit strong, there are (very) limited circumstances when commuting costs are allowable against tax (No doubt not applicable to OP)

115 a month travel costs is good isn't it??? A zone 1 to 3 tube card is more per month! You sure it's not 115 a week?

OP was a first time poster and has never been back, why rake up a thread from 2 months ago? If you are bored go answer a more recent post

Oh I'm sorry! What is the limit on age of posts I'm allowed to respond to?

    Petty!
